Goods will not be dispatched until payment has been received and remain the property of Jasper Jacks until full payment has been cleared by our bank.
If we are unable to supply you with the item you ordered we will inform you of this by e-mail or telephone and, if you have already paid, refund you in full as soon as possible.
We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver products if this is wholly or partly caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Items bought unseen from our website may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned via our specialist antique carrier within an agreed period. A full refund, excluding the delivery and return carriage costs, will be made within 14 days of receipt of the item at our workshop, provided the items is returned in good, undamaged condition.
Items which have been specially customised at the client's request may not be returned.
